Most of what we do is soft washing, not blasting. A gentle detergent does the work and a low-pressure rinse carries it away, which is why we can clean 100-year-old clapboard, cedar shingle and asphalt roofs without stripping paint or forcing water where it doesn't belong. Where real pressure belongs (concrete, pavers, granite, dumpster pads) we bring surface cleaners that leave no stripes.
